How long does it take?
Normally we say seven days from the date of order to the date of dispatch. However, at certain times of the year it may take longer. If you are at-all worried about the date that you need the item then please call nad ask. Sometimes we can get the item dispatched the next day, or arrange special shipment if it is required quickly.

How much does the postage cost?
Postage within the UK mainland varies, but nothing costs more than £10.00 If you require postage outside the UK mainland then please contact us to find out what the surcharge will be.

How do the items get sent?
Smaller items are sent my Royal Mail (First Class) and larger ones are sent by courier. Delivery should be within 48 hours of dispatch, but Royal Mail do not guarantee this.
